Beef Kabobs

Ingredients:
steak cut into cubes
summer squash
bell peppers
mushrooms
pearl onions
zucchini
cherry tomatoes
EVOO
garlic S & P
Directions:
Soak your skewers for an hour or so so they don’t burn on the grill.
Cut your veggies into chunks and throw them in a bowl with a little EVOO and toss with garlic salt and pepper.
Get creative and have some fun putting them on the skewers.
Grill them on the BBQ until fully cooked, making sure to turn so they cook evenly. They cook pretty fast so don’t walk away.
You can either eat take you yummies off the skewer and eat them as is if you’re Paleo like me or you can eat them over rice. If you so choose you can also marinade your beef chunks prior to putting them on the skewer, I like a little S & P myself.
