Turkey Vegetable Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla

  • 2 oz. low fat cream cheese

  • 2 slices turkey

  • 1 Romaine lettuce leaf

  • 3 slices tomato

  • 4 slices cucumber

Directions:

  1. Spread a tin layer of cream cheese on the tortilla all the way to the edge.

  2. Arrange turkey slices, lettuce, tomato and cucumber on the tortilla and gently roll.

  3. Slice in thirds.
