I got real creative last night and made ANOTHER version of salmon kabobs. Can you even stand it?
Ingredients:
1 lbs salmon, cut into 1″ chunks
2 tbls water
1 tbls toasted sesame oil
1 chunk of fresh ginger, diced
1 tsp Hoisin sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions:
Let’s mix up the marinade. In a container with a lid add water, sesame oil, ginger, Hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Mix it up real well.
Add the fish and shake it around so every thing is nice and coated. All to marinate overnight, all day, whatever so long as it is for at least 30 minutes.
When you’re ready to cook, light your grill or heat your grill pan inside. Soak your skewers for 20 minutes so they don’t burn during cooking.
Carefully skewer your fish onto the skewer making sure not to squish them super close together so they cook evenly.
Grill for just a few minutes on each side. Don’t walk away.
These are fantastic with Spicy Roasted Purple Confetti Cauliflower. Kabobs don’t have to be boring, dinner doesn’t have to be boring. Get creative!
