Almond Crusted Baked Fish

Who doesn’t love fish and chips?! This is a healthy alternative to the classic fried version and good news… it’s Paleo!
Ingredients:
1 lbs cod or other white fish, cut into strips
1/1 C almond flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Rinse and dry your fish pieces.
Combine almond flour, paprika and black pepper.
Coat the fish thoroughly with the almond flour mixture.
Place coated fish on a cooling rack with a cookie sheet underneath. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
Serve with tarter sauce and lemon.
This dish goes great with eggplant fries.
Cooking time: about 30 minutes.
