Peanut Butter Banana Dog Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 egg

• 1/3 C peanut butter

• 1 mashed banana

• 1 tbls honey

• 1 C whole wheat flour

• 1/2 C wheat germ

• 1/3 C molasses

• 1 egg white, lightly beaten

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.

2. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

3. Stir together the egg, peanut butter, banana, honey and molasses in a bowl. Blend thoroughly.

4. Stir in the wheat germ and flour. Mix well.

5. Turn dough out onto a floured board and roll to 1/4″ thick.

6. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters and place on prepared baking sheet.

7. Brush tops with egg white.

8. Bake cookies in preheated oven until dried and golden brown, about 30 mins.

9. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
