Eating Out

In my world, food is love. Most of my best memories include a house full of people I love, everyone talking over each other, lots of laughter and even more food. Not only is food fundamental to our health but in my opinion it's what makes us who we are. When we share food with people we love we share a part of ourselves. We are saying I am both nourishing your body and your soul.

Sharing a meal is more than traditions and passed down recipes. Sitting around the dinner table we share heartache and sorrow but also celebrate new beginnings and acomplishments. We live in a world where everyone is plugged into their phones and checked out of the real lives of people around them. Dinner is a chance to connect for an hour a day with your family and friends.

In this busy world we don't get to have a family dinner every night but try and make this a habit at least once a week. Connecting with the people you love makes you a happier and healthier person.
